FIRKIN / SUGAR BUCKET, ORIGINAL GREEN PAINT
An early American, 19th century, medium sized firkin or sugar bucket in original dry green paint. It has a wooden swing handle attached by large buttonhead wooden pins. Old nails or tacks hold the lap bands in place. In great condition with nice patina.
Measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter at the top and 9 1/2 inches in diameter at the bottom. 9 1/4 inches high.
