A great American Windsor triple back arm chair in old black paint signed (branded) B. F. Webster on the bottom of the seat. A rare sack back with the comb extension composed of seven spindles. Great construction, nine back spindles, three under each arm, and a nice large oval seat. Circa 19th century. Seat height 17 1/2 inches; seat width 21 inches; seat length 16 1/4 inches; chair height to back of comb 46 inches; total width 23 1/4 inches. Minor restoration to the crest rail.
